This 1-day recertification course is designed for individuals holding a current CITCA Authorized Rescuer certification. Participants will receive updates on industry regulations and standards, as well as hands-on training in various rescue scenarios. The course concludes with a written exam to ensure competency.
The training prepares participants to operate at a “Competent” level. However, certification of “Competent” status can only be granted by the employer through an affidavit, once the employee meets all qualifications. Students will leave CITCA equipped with the necessary skills to achieve “Competent” certification at the company level.
