Authorized Climber/Authorized Rescuer
Course Duration- 3 days
Certification Valid For 2 Years
This 3-day course covers fall protection and rescue in a mix of classroom and hands-on experience. The information presented will train them to a ‘Competent’ level. The only one that can certify a person as “Competent” is the employer.
Upon successful completion of 8 hours of classroom and 16 hours of hands-on climbing and rescue scenarios, the students will be issued an Authorized Climber/Rescuer card.
At the company level, through an affidavit, the students can become Competent certified once they meet the qualifications but will leave us with the skills to be competent.
